Wolfbane Dagger

The wolfbane dagger is a power level 5 one-handed melee weapon that can be crafted at a blacksmith's bench. The recipe is acquired from a dragonkin effigy found in Vekchenven Kara, the dragonkin vault in central Fellhollow. It can be ascended at the mystic forge using ascension cores.

Its special effect is 25% increased damage against wolves, which includes wolves, dire wolves, dragonwolves, ghost wolves and hellhounds.

Although keris has 2 higher max hit at power level 7, this dagger when ascended has the same stats as the dragonbone dagger, and so when not attacking either kalphites or wolves, the dragonbone dagger is the ideal one-handed stabbing weapon to ascend.
