Description

A rack that slowly processes animal hide into leather.

A tannery can be built using 2 coarse thread, 4 animal bones and 12 ash logs. It allows for refining animal hides into leather. It processes somewhat slowly, so it is recommended to keep it filled while doing other tasks. Players must collect an animal bone to unlock the tannery.

The tannery can be upgraded by placing a tanner's kit next to it. This allows the creation of products that require two materials, most notably hard leather. There is an upgraded crafting station, the advanced tannery which allows you to create products that require three materials.
