Description

The blast furnace uses intense heat to smelt high-tier metal ores into ingots.

The blast furnace is a facility used to process ores into bars. It requires fuel pellets to operate, which can be obtained by combining charcoal, adhesive, and coarse animal fur at a blacksmith's bench. Its operation can be greatly sped up by casting Superheat on it, and it must not have a roof above it to function.

It can only be built once the player has unlocked the recipe after obtaining coal for the first time.
