Regicide

Regicide is the ninth primary quest, the fifth in the main storyline of RuneScape: Dragonwilds, and the final quest of Kuldra's Saga. In this quest, the player is able to enter the Scorned Wilderness to defeat Kuldra and stop her plans to rebuild the Harmonic Resonator to save Gielinor after slaying Fuzan and reuniting the Garou tribes of Umbral Sands.

Description	Take the fight to Kuldra, and end this once and for all.
Start Point	Interact with the Dragon Gate north of the Fractured Plains.

To start this quest, players must have completed Icthlarin's Little Helper. After that, head back into the Fractured Plains and head north-west of Velgar's Rise. You will soon come across a Dragon Gate that will take you into the Scorned Wilderness. Interact with the gate and it will tell you that the blood of the four seal the gate. It will then tell you that the lord of the skies has fallen, Xikotal slain by Kuldra, Velgar's cruelty no longer infects the earth, Imaru finally rests in peace, and Fuzan's flames have been extinguished. Choose the option to journey into the Scorned Wilderness.

Note: This will play the narrative trailer for the Scorned Wilderness.

Once you pass through the gate, the journey begins. Speak to Zilyana in Rasthin's Rest. She explains that she was sent there by Saradomin to deal with the threat, but requires your aid, as getting closer to Kuldra's lair weakens her. Zilyiana mentions that the location you are in makes a perfect base, it is advised that you build a new base here so that you can return after using a checkpoint, rest, craft and so on. After you have set up a base here, speak to Zilyana to continue to the first location.

Speak to Zilyana, and start the raid, you will be transported to Dragontail Vines.

Note: For a strategy guide, see Scorned Wilderness. You'll need to clear the raid in order to complete the quest.

After defeating Kuldra, Zilyana will transport you back to Rasthin's Rest, where she will inform you that due to the veil, their deeds will go unnoticed for now. You are rewarded for your help.

• Delivering Lougrim's Staff to Ancamairon - Alcarrid Elder to receive the Lougrim Memorial Shrine furniture reward.

• This quest takes its name after the Regicide from RuneScape and Old School RuneScape.
  • While both quest has us kill a monarch, the difference is the definition of Regicide and how it is done.
• The definition of "Regicide", as defined by Merriam-Webster, is "a person who kills a king".
