Garou hunters are power level 3 or 4 monsters who can attack from up to 30 metres away and will occasionally kneel and prepare a special attack that can hit and inflict the Bleed debuff on the player.

Journal
The lower-born garou can never rise to the role of king. Many have tried, but all have failed. The highborn are simply stronger and wield magic that the lowborn cannot match. They are not mistreated by their kin. There are no garou slaves or servants, but a lowborn garou can never rule.
Most accept their place and find a way to be useful, a means to enjoy the most important thing to their kind — the hunt.
Nothing ignites the blood of a garou more than the hunt. It reaches into a primal part of their being and gives them a reason to live. All worries are cast aside. All responsibilities forgotten. There is nothing but the thrill of the chase and the anticipation of the kill.
It is no surprise, therefore, that lowborn garou often take up the hunter's mantle. Their precision with a bow is practically unmatched, and they delight in nothing more than seeing their quarry draw its last breath.

- Garou Hunters have swapped their rapid-fire bows for a more predictable and engaging rate of fire and have a slightly higher chance to miss their shots.
- Garou Hunters have reduced accuracy when the player is engaged in melee combat with other AI.
- Garou Hunters can also drop shrapnel.
