Fallen Hoplite's Helm

Fallen Hoplite's Helm is a power level 5 melee armour that can be crafted at an armour bench.

The recipe is a reward from Vekchenven Kara, a dragonkin vault. It can be obtained by interacting with a dragonkin effigy within the vault. The Effigy can be found up a path revealed (while soulrifted) above the spectral door in the room you jump down into after the fight with the rotsworn necromancer.

The following text is transcribed from the Journal.

Those joining the Fellhollow military who were not from the more noble bloodlines would go into the force known as hoplites. This force of warrior farmers named themselves after the hoplites of Hallow, legendary forces spoken of in some of the Saradominist text.

They were disciplined in a way that earned them great respect. Each of them acted as the shield for the person next to them and a spear for the enemy in front. They wore armour inspired by the style of Hallow, with plateskirts rather than sturdy greaves, allowing for more freedom of movement — a trait they took great advantage of.
