Kuldra's Heart is the final target encountered during Phase 4 of the Kuldra encounter in the Scorned Wilderness Raid.

Players enter Kuldra's body during the final phase to destroy her heart directly. It remains stationary in the center of the chamber and is guarded by Heartworms.

• Poison Explosions: Triggers area-of-effect poison explosions that deal higher damage as the Heart's health decreases.
• Heartworm Spawns: Regularly spawns Heartworms around its base to attack players.
• Safe spot: Players using Ranged can safely deal damage to the Heart from the entrance tunnel, avoiding most poison explosions and minimizing Heartworm aggro.
