Heartworms are parasitic minions encountered inside Kuldra during Phase 4 of the Scorned Wilderness Raid.
Overview
Heartworms continuously spawn inside Kuldra's body to protect Kuldra's Heart. While present, they attack the player directly.
Combat Mechanics
- Respawn Behavior: Heartworms spawn periodically throughout the final phase. When killed, new heartworms will respawn after a short duration.
- Tunnel Mechanics: Heartworms rarely path into or spawn within the entrance tunnel, making the tunnel a safer position for Ranged setups attacking Kuldra's Heart.

The following text is transcribed from the Journal.
The insides of Kuldra are filled with more than just flesh. She has gorged herself on anima and her blood contains the lost remnants of a fallen goddess. Kuldra herself is close to divinity, held back by dragonkin safeguards that prevent her from achieving her full potential. Yet, that power must flow somewhere and within her flesh crawl the vile heartworms: warped parasites empowered by this excess of magic. These strange creatures are filled with Kuldra's rage and hatred, and will happily obliterate anything they encounter that isn't the queen's anima-infused flesh.
