Nothing pleased Kuldra more than The Battering. Her armies were handed warhammers and greataxes, and they each found a corner of the tower. Kuldra would wait in her chamber and then signal the start of The Battering, firing a beam of moonlight upwards into the sky.

Her troops would slam their weapons into the stone of the tower, sending reverberations throughout. She placed her claws onto the stone, and would feel it shake. She knew when a wall would separate or floor break apart; she could sense the tower weaken through her scales. It delighted her to feel the work of the Kin diminishing, scattering to the anima winds. But most of all, she relished the sensations. Her strength was such that she could rarely feel anything anymore, yet the shockwaves registered, however dimly. It was one of the few moments in her late life where she could feel anything at all.
