The Moon Garou have crafted impressive suits of armour. Stylish, elegant, and sturdy. One of their blacksmiths experimented with the medium helm, and earned much mockery from his tribe.

True, the helm was sturdy and turned aside arrow and blade alike, but it lacked the grace and style of the traditional adamant armour, given that it was so very, very square.

Still, he would be most glad to have crafted it, for on one sandstorm-heavy evening, it was the only thing that saved him when the kalphites attacked. They were brutal, they were cruel, they tore apart the rest of his caravan in moments, yet his helm stood strong against the maw of one of their number, and they abandoned him when they realised how much effort eating him would be.
