Blightscale the lesser green dragon is a power level 5 green dragon located at the south side of the cliffs leading up to the Silverthorn Keep, north-east of the ominous gateway. She is immediately past some willow trees and a small set of ruins. There is a spectral door in the small clearing where he's located. The Binding of Ib is found near some bones in the clearing. Blightscale has the same attacks and drops as a normal green dragon.
