Opis z wiki
A soul fragment is a special material sourced mainly from defeating monsters and mining soul stones. It is also a type of currency used in Death's Exchange to purchase several item recipes, and capes - these can be found in chests within Fellhollow, dropped by undead monsters, or mined through the soul stones found in the spectral doors.

This information is based on the changelogs of the game.
update 29 July 2026 (0.12.1):
- The stack limit was increased from 999 to 9999.
- The item type was changed from Resource to Special Material.
- Spectral Birds can drop the item.
Trivia
- In both RuneScape and Old School RuneScape, there is an item of the same name, but both having different function. Where the two variants are collected via Soul Wars, this one is dropped by undead enemies, a deposit and green dragons.
