Sweet veg ball is a consumable food item that provides 70 health 65 sustenance as well as the perk Knowledgable Nourishment, which increases the player's experience gain in all skills by 10% for 300 seconds. It is made with fried cabbage, baked potato, and dried redberries in a stone range or a cooking range. It is learned by unlocking Amateur Culinaromancer at level 16 Cooking, and requires interacting with a stone range first to learn the recipe.

Popular among gnomes, this sticky ball of fruits and vegetables is a combination of savoury and sweet that almost feels like it shouldn’t work. Yet it does.
There is a crispness to the outer shell, savoury and salty, which gives way to a delicious fruity sweetness beneath.
Gnomish ambassadors would create large numbers of these sweet treats, piled high on silver platters, to delight visiting dignitaries at lavish receptions. Diplomats would often joke about being spoiled by such treats. Which is ironic really, as these spoil very quickly, so enjoy them now while you can.
