Stone Pickaxe

The stone pickaxe is a power level 1 pickaxe that the player can craft at the start of the game, at a crafting table. It can mine stone, rune essence. This pickaxe deals 10 damage to mineable ores, and 20 damage with a critical swing.

It is always a sad moment when brother must turn against brother. When we must strike at the heart of our own people. Such is the curse of the Stone Pickaxe, whose role in life is to strike at its brethren, cutting large rocks into pieces, so that they might better be put to use. The smaller stone, carved so sharply that it has nothing left but the edge, turns the action of a single swing into an force that can shatter the largest boulder. There’s a metaphor there, I’m sure.
