You'd struggle to find a better catalyst than luminite ore. If it was a person it would be the life of the party, the guest who dances on the table, gets everyone enjoying themselves, and then promptly passes out upstairs. It burns brightly but briefly, enabling other ores - like runite - to realise their potential.
