Enchanted blurite bolts are an upgradeable version of blurite bolts unlocked at level 35 Ranged. Upon creation, there is a 15% chance of the stack of bolts being enchanted with 10% earth magic damage.

Journal

The following text is transcribed from the Journal.

No one is entirely sure who thought to enchant blurite crossbow bolts in Brynmoor. The earliest references talk about Ignatius Wormwood, a failed apprentice wizard with too much time on his hands.

The story goes that he was challenged by one of the Knights to a duel, over some spat about a maiden or other. Evidently Ignatius may have been a failure in his robes, but worryingly successful out of them, if you get my gist.

Now, the knight was a large and imposing man — referred to by his compatriots as the immovable boulder — and angry as he was, he had no intention of killing Ignatius, so he gave him a simple challenge instead. If Ignatius could knock him down, he’d win the duel, otherwise the Knight would claim victory and see Ignatius punished for his mischiefs.

When Ignatius pulled the crossbow from his robes, the knight was concerned but knew that his armour and shield could stand against them. Yet, when the bolt impacted the knight’s pristine iron armour, he found himself hurled to the floor and the wind knocked out of him.

Gracious in defeat the knight let Ignatius go, only for the wizard to wander into the next person he had wronged.

the Blurite Bolts item type was changed from Basic Item to Ammo.

Trivia

When equipped, the description mentions slowing down the target; the enchanted blurite bolts knock the target down instead.
