PATTERN: Bramblemead cape is a consumable item that unlocks the creation of the Bramblemead cape.
Location
The blueprint is within a chest in the rubble atop the centre tower of the Runecrafting Guild. Accessing the chest requires runes for casting Windstep multiple times. Having materials to Build scaffolding up the tower is also recommended.
