The gilded gyrhawk amulet is an amulet that can be crafted at a jeweler's bench after obtaining gold record times on all available Agility courses. While equipped, the amulet grants +100% Agility experience when walking or sprinting by consuming warped feathers in the player's inventory, while also providing +25% Agility experience when training on Agility courses.
This item, thus far, is the only trinket in the game with an Agility level requirement to wear and craft at level 65 Agility.

While the Ashenfall gyrhawk is long-extinct, it lives on as a symbol. The form of the gyrhawk was adopted by anyone who want to convey a sense of speed. Gyrhawk Postal Services were popular in happier times around Brynmoor, while the Gyrhawk Swimmers were the ones to beat in swimming galas.
Perhaps the most common use of an Ashenfall Gyrhawk's form was on medals and amulets, given to the winners of athletic competitions. Gilded gyrhawk amulets were given for first place, while second and third received ungilded. The amulets weren't worn in the heats themselves - that would be decidedly unfair, since they give performance benefits - but seeing a gyrhawk amulet around someone's neck was a good indicator that they were the athletic type.
