Dedicated Servers/Windows

Windows-based dedicated servers can be set up with the following code (created by oi_caveman) and instructions below.

Paste the following into a notepad file, and click "save-as" with the .bat extension.
Save it in the same folder as the Dedicated Server's main directory, where it contains the .exe to run the server.
