Blightwood Root
Blightwood root are Woodcutting resource nodes located at the base of the large blightwood trees in the Bloodblight Swamp; players must have a iron logging axe or better to receive blightwood. Players can either chop these or cast Axtral Projection. Not every blightwood tree will have exposed roots, and there are a handful of roots that are not connected to any tree. Unlike other trees, these roots will only take one swing to clear with an iron logging axe, but only yield a small amount of logs per root. Blightwood roots respawn after three in-game days, as long as players do not place anything directly on the node's spawn.

Journal
These roots have absorbed more of the anima than other roots around them. It has made them stronger and more durable than the rest of the flora around them.
