Trinkets:

• Gilded gyrhawk amulet – +25% experience boost in Agility when training on courses only

• Inspiring ring of Agility – +5% experience boost in Agility

Armour Slots:

• Mage armour – grants a -50% Stamina Regen Delay for a single piece equipped
  • Although it is not mentioned in the table above, the suggested equipment can be replaced by any of their equivalent(s) (e.g., infinity armour = Lunar Garou armour) or their lower tiers. See this for a complete list.

Food & potions perks:

• Knowledgable Nourishment – Increases the player's experience gain in all skills by 10%
• Focused Agility – Increases the experience gained when training the Agility skill by 15%
• Focused Agility II – Increases the experience gained when training the Agility skill by 30%
• Fleet-footed infusion – Reduces the stamina cost of sprinting by 50%

*Perks: Food perks do NOT stack. Eating another food after consuming a different one overrides its perk(s) with the most recent food eaten. Potions behave like this as well; drinking a new potion will immediately overwrite your active potion buff. While players cannot layer multiple foods or multiple potions, one potion + one food perks can be stacked together simultaneously.

Without the use of any experience boosts,

of the Thunder Assault course are required to achieve level 30 Agility.

• • Even though the Fractured Ruins course has the same level requirement, Thunder Assault offers a slightly better experience rate per hour.

Without the use of any experience boosts,

• 93 gold laps
• 113 silver laps
• 157 bronze laps

of the Grave Run course are required to achieve level 51 Agility.

Without the use of any experience boosts,

• 237 bronze laps

of the Tower Climb course are required to achieve level 65 Agility.

Without the use of any experience boosts,

• 885 gold laps
• 1180 silver laps
• 1769 bronze laps

of the Lava Fields course are required to achieve level 99 Agility.

With the use of all the best experience boosts available at this stage (focused potion, gilded gyrhawk amulet and Knowledgable Nourishment), ~494 gold laps are required to achieve level 99 Agility.
