The Artisan cape is a Cape of Accomplishment able to be crafted and worn at level 99 Artisan. It can be crafted at the mystic forge.

Trimmed version of the cape can be crafted the same way if you have more than one skill at 99.

Repairing gear costs no resources when this cape is worn.

Note: currently, the untrimmed Artisan cape has no special effect. Only the trimmed variant has it.
