Soul Food is a perk that restores 8 health every 5 seconds for 150, 300, or 600 seconds. It is provided by roast pumpkin, pumpkin spice infusion, pumpkin soup, glazed pumpkin sandwich, and Umbral kebab. The perk from the infusion stacks with the perk from any of the foods.

Lifeward, Wardstones, and Health potions have been removed. Instead, Sanguine Urns were added that increased max health, all food restores Health, and perks and effects that restored Lifeward were changed to restore Health. Soul Food used to provide 2 Lifeward every 5 seconds, now it provides 8 Health every 5 seconds.
