Melee Weapon Special Actions

Melee Weapon Special Actions unlock unique special actions for melee weapons at level 8 Attack. Pressing the Middle Mouse Button (MMB) / RB / R1 will have your character perform a devastating special ability, dealing increased damage, at an increased stamina cost. Daggers, maces, swords, greataxes, greathammers, and greatswords mostly share the same animations.

Some weapons have unique special action animations such as the abyssal whip and granite maul.
