To say that a Kot Pack is the belongings of a single KotHaar is something of a misrepresentation. You're actually holding the belongings of dozens of KotHaar, stretching back millennia. A KotHaar will carry the obsidian of their ancestors, which was reconstituted from their ancestors before them. The Kot Pack is a lineage, an ancestral record of the creature you killed. It puts things a little into perspective, and I'm sure you will treat it with the respect it deserves.
