King Raluh was a mighty warrior who received the Skullsplitter from Lougrim, the moon goddess. With the Skullsplitter, this weapon was capable of destroying any foe that stood in King Raluh's way. It is also unknown if the weapon was just a fable, but many young garou would create weapons to match the strength of the supposed weapon.[1] King Raluh's whereabouts are unknown.
