Description
The Confuse spell now works on a wider variety of creatures.

Greater Confuse is a perk that is unlocked at level 44 Magic, allowing players to cast Confuse on more powerful enemies, such as:

Mini-bosses such as zogres, dragons, and Tok-Xils are not affected by this spell.

  • A player casting the Greater Confuse spell.

  • Several more monsters were added to the list of monsters only affected by Greater Confuse.
 update 15 December 2025 (0.10):
  • More monsters have the Greater Confuse spell only affecting them.
