Bird nests are drops found when felling trees. They contain assortments of skilling items that are dropped on the floor once opened. The ability to find bird nests is unlocked at 16 Woodcutting. In addition, opening a bird nest will provide 20 Woodcutting experience.

Once home to a chirping little critter, this nest now best serves as a means of gathering materials. Don’t feel bad about destroying a little bird’s home, they were saying horrible things about you anyway. I mean really horrible, like so, so bad.

- Ash tree seeds were added to the potential loot.
- The item type was changed from Basic Item to Container.
- Players can now earn 20 Woodcutting experience and 1-3 eggs when opening a Bird Nest.
- The maximum stack limit was increased from 10 to 99.
