The suspicious ghost is a spirit that can be interacted with during and after the Withering Heights quest. They are one of the three suspects that you must speak to in order to find out if they committed the crime or are innocent. They are innocent, with the actual murderer being the snickering ghost.

• This ghost is a reference to one of the many victims during the infamous event that occurred in RuneScape's history known as the Falador Massacre.
